Privacy Policy

Protecting the privacy of personal information is important to us at OGSLP. We respect your right to privacy and recognize our obligation to keep your information secure and confidential. Therefore, we don't sell or share information with outside marketers.

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information* to anyone, except as permitted by law. For example, we share information about federal student loan borrowers with our contractors and agents, schools, lenders, the U.S. Department of Education and other government agencies as needed to administer federal student loans in compliance with federal law. Additionally, we restrict access to nonpublic personal information to those who need to know the information in order to provide service, such as servicing or collecting a federal student loan. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in compliance with federal regulations to secure nonpublic personal information.
